Yes — in fact, telehealth is the primary way I deliver therapy. Sessions are held securely online, allowing you to connect from the comfort and privacy of your own space. It’s convenient, flexible, and just as effective as in-person therapy.

I am based in Calais, Maine, but because I provide telehealth services, I’m able to serve clients across the entire state of Maine.

I ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Same-day cancellations or no-shows 3 or more times in 60 days may put you at risk for discharge. If you’re more than 15 minutes late without notice, it will be considered a no-show. Standing appointments are reviewed if attendance isn’t consistent.

Therapy sessions generally last 55–60 minutes but can be tailored to fit your individual needs.
