  • Yes — in fact, telehealth is the primary way I deliver therapy. Sessions are held securely online, allowing you to connect from the comfort and privacy of your own space. It’s convenient, flexible, and just as effective as in-person therapy.

  • I am based in Calais, Maine, but because I provide telehealth services, I’m able to serve clients across the entire state of Maine.

  • I am a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maine. This means I’ve met the education, training, and clinical experience requirements to provide professional mental health counseling.

  • My niche is working with men, but I also see clients of various ages and genders when we determine it’s a good fit. Therapy is personalized to meet each person’s unique needs and goals.

Appointments and Scheduling

  • If you are a client:
    You can reach out using any of the contact forms located at the bottom of each page. For more detailed information, please visit the “For Clients” page under the Contact section.

    If you are a provider:
    Please visit the “For Providers” page under the Contact section where you will be instructed to include both your info and the client’s info.

  • Visit the Schedule page and request a free 15-minute consultation through my secure client portal. You’ll be able to view availability and select a time that works for you.

  • I ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Same-day cancellations or no-shows 3 or more times in 60 days may put you at risk for discharge. If you’re more than 15 minutes late without notice, it will be considered a no-show. Standing appointments are reviewed if attendance isn’t consistent.

  • Therapy sessions generally last 55–60 minutes but can be tailored to fit your individual needs.

    • Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

    • Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

  • For private pay clients or those with a copay, payment is collected securely through my electronic health record system, SimplePractice. All transactions are processed electronically for convenience and security.
